Manuel Rincon is currently the Knowledge Management Officer at United Nations ESCAP, with responsibility on Communities of Practice and Good Practices for the 62 countries of Asia Pacific (Turkey to Japan, Russian Federation to New Zealand plus USA). Before 2001, when he joined the United Nations, Rincon worked for Accenture, formerly Andersen Consulting, and Andersen Business Consulting as a managing consultant.
He earned his Ph. D. on Knowledge Management in 2004 and an International Executive MBA in 2002 from Instituto de Empresa Graduate School of Business. At IE, Rincon has taught Knowledge Management and New Business Models in the eEconomy as associate professor 2000 to 2002
